2013 sees the start of a new chapter for Barbour as they start a new collaboration between their Beacon Heritage collection and storied Savile Row Tailors Norton & Sons. Tailors to the gentleman of London since 1821, Norton & Sons are now under the stewardship of Patrick Grant and have applied their clean cuts and authoritarian silhouettes to a series of designs inspired by the traditional artisanal workwear worn by the fishing communities of the Northumbrian coast.

A tailoring classic, the Garstang Jacket is a one button blazer cut from genuine Harris Tweed in a close cropped, slim silhouette. In reference to Norton & Sons traditional craft, it features white stitched detailing at the shoulders and holding its rear vent in place and features a time tested four pocket set up. A very impressive piece from what is shaping up to be one of the most impressive collections for 2013. Available now at End.
