Vivienne Westwood comes forth with this waistcoat insert jacket new for 2011. It took a while for us to understand the concept. Not exclusive to Westwood, the “insert” refers to the fact that the vest portion is actually only a mock front and fastened to the lining of the coat. This apparently is something not entirely uncommon.
